Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity carried out through it. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Your media and permission
You are responsible for the media you upload and the edits you request. Upload only content you own or have permission to process. Do not use the service to remove ownership marks or alter media in a deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or privacy-violating way. You retain your rights in your media; you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and delete it to provide the service.
AI-generated results
Video inpainting may produce artifacts, inconsistent frames, or results that do not match your intent. Review every output before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee a particular processing result, output quality, or uninterrupted availability.
Temporary media
No project history or recoverable media library is provided. You are responsible for downloading any result you want to keep. The service uses private transient objects during processing and transfer, plus third-party AI infrastructure as described in the Privacy Policy. Media may be deleted after a completed transfer or terminal processing state, and an interrupted transfer may have only a short retry window.
Accounts, credits, and payments
Paid plans are billed through PayPal in the currency and at the frequency displayed at checkout. Unless you cancel through your PayPal account before the next billing date, your subscription renews automatically. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Credits are granted according to your plan's billing schedule and may be combined across active memberships. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. A generation consumes the displayed credit amount when the processing job is accepted. Processing may fail or be canceled after a job is accepted; credits and free-generation allowances are not automatically refunded in those cases.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact us with billing questions before opening a PayPal dispute where possible.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with or attempt to bypass service limits, security controls, payment systems, or access restrictions. You may not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malware, evade law enforcement, create deceptive or harmful content, or process content that violates applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of media, data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or our practices change. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date when required.
