Information we process
When you use the studio, the service processes the video you upload, the frame and mask information you provide, and generated output media. We also process account information supplied through Google sign-in, including your name, email address, and profile image; account, credit, and subscription records; and technical information such as IP-related security logs, request metadata, browser information, and error details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure video processing, allocate and prevent misuse of credits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Media processing and service providers
Uploaded and generated media uses private transient objects only while files move through the processing workflow. The service sends the required media and mask data to third-party AI infrastructure to perform tracking and video inpainting. We use service providers for authentication, payment processing, object storage, hosting, and AI processing. In particular, PayPal processes payment credentials and subscription transactions under its own privacy practices; ObjectRemover AI does not receive or store your PayPal card or account password.
Retention and deletion
The service does not create a project, history, or recoverable media library. Our source and intermediate objects are removed when a job succeeds, fails, is canceled, or expires; the result is removed after a successful transfer. If a transfer is interrupted, a result may remain available for a short retry window before it is removed. Replicate may retain provider-managed temporary outputs for about one hour. Account, payment, credit, and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. PayPal sends us subscription status information needed to activate or update your membership and credits. Subscription cancellation and payment management are available through your PayPal account. We retain transaction and subscription references needed to provide the service, resolve payment issues, and meet accounting obligations.
International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the address above to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also stop before uploading media and should not upload content you do not have the right to process.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, legal obligations, or processing practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date when required.
